Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Program Manager within Corporate Services Technology to oversee a portfolio of compliance technology initiatives. You will manage scope, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across Compliance.

This role focuses on modernizing tools and processes in the end-to-end compliance lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or information systems.
4+ years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills with executive presence.
Skilled at navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across diverse teams and priorities.
Planning and execution frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Translating business needs into actionable workstreams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee a group of projects for Compliance technology initiatives.
Manage project scope, success measures, and deliverables backlog.
Maintain stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization and communicate program status to leadership.
Act as liaison between strategy and execution for the Compliance program.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end program delivery.
