Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, or Audit, with brokerage/capital markets a plus

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Interest in blockchain and digital assets
• Independent thinker with sound judgment and integrity

Responsibilities

• Oversee key risks, business unit policies, and risk management functions for Fidelity Digital Assets custody and trading platform
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to support product growth while managing risk
• Develop and expand risk programs in collaboration with business and technology teams
• Perform due diligence and analyze prospective clients and liquidity providers
• Provide updates on Enterprise Services Risk Program, issues, incidents, and exceptions
