Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking an Audit Senior Manager to lead digital-asset audits and advisory work across custody, trading, operations, and technology. You will drive risk assessment, scope definition, testing, and reporting with a focus on strong controls and sustainable remediation.

You will mentor teams, apply data analytics and blockchain tools, and partner with business leaders to align audits with enterprise strategy and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of external and/or internal audit or risk/control experience.
• Experience in the digital asset ecosystem (custodians, exchanges, blockchain services).
• Knowledge of wallet operations, key management, on-/off-chain flows, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end audits for Fidelity's digital asset initiatives and related areas.
• Define scope, oversee testing, review workpapers, and coordinate with risk partners.
• Deliver high-quality results and communicate findings to management.
• Coach associates on audit execution, digital-asset concepts, and stakeholder engagement.
• Apply data analytics and blockchain tools to strengthen coverage and efficiency.
• Partner with business/technology leaders to drive pragmatic remediation.
