Job summary

Fidelity Digital Assets Risk is seeking a detail-oriented risk professional to oversee key risks and policies for the Fidelity Digital Assets custody and trading platform. You will collaborate with Compliance and Legal to support innovative product growth and maintain risk controls across the program.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in Compliance, Risk, or Audit with an interest in blockchain and digital assets, and a strong analytical mindset to adapt to a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, or Audit.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Interest and/or understanding of blockchain and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key risks and business unit policies for Fidelity Digital Assets custody and trading platform.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to support product growth.
• Develop and enhance the team’s risk programs and controls.
• Provide updates on Enterprise Services Risk Program, issues, incidents and exceptions.
