Job summary

Gen Digital seeks a Digital Analytics & Tag Management Lead to own data layer design, Tealium iQ governance, and Amplitude platform strategy. You will drive instrumentation across Gen's web properties, ensure privacy-compliant tagging, and lead a small team of ICs, partnering with product and marketing engineering.

The role requires deep expertise in data governance, tagging ecosystems, and SDK integrations to support global analytics and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital analytics, web measurement, or marketing tech.
• 3–5 years in formal people management.
• Deep hands-on Tealium iQ experience and data layer ownership.
• Proven web instrumentation and JavaScript debugging skills.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and consent management.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern Gen's canonical data layer schema and changes.
• Own Tealium iQ implementation, tag governance, and data fidelity.
• Define instrumentation strategy for web and mobile web properties.
• Lead privacy-compliant tagging across channels and regions.
• Own Amplitude platform governance, adoption, and SDK integration.
• Manage and mentor a small team, with hiring input.
