Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami seeks a Manager of Newbuild Finance to lead the Newbuild Finance Team and provide financial and analytical support to the Newbuild & Innovation organization. This on-site role reports to the Senior Director and collaborates with project and operational leaders to manage project financials, risk, and opportunities.

The position covers budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasts, cost controls, ROI analysis, and governance of financial plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a technical field at minimum.
• 8–10 years financial management experience for a large corporation.
• Strong communication and controllership mindset; ability to lead technical managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership for the Newbuilding Finance Team.
• Own the multi-billion-dollar annual Newbuilding budget.
• Lead budget monitoring, reporting and reviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; manage cost controls.
• Prepare forecasts and business plans with department heads.
