Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead the North East US Solutions Architecture team. You will grow and guide a group of Solutions Architects to drive revenue growth and ensure customer success, while partnering with sales and the Americas revenue team.

Responsibilities include talent development, strategic GTM input, and maintaining strong customer relationships with a focus on technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity.
• 3+ years of frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, retaining top talent).
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling.
• Guide GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and team needs.
• Participate in sourcing and screening to maintain a high talent bar.
