Zeta Global in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Revenue Forecasting to lead the Finance-owned view of Programmatic revenue, gross profit, and performance. This role turns complex data into a forward-looking forecast and executive-ready recommendations, partnering with Programmatic leadership to strengthen planning as the business scales.

The role is hybrid out of our NYC office and requires strong FP&A experience, data analytics, and expertise with Snowflake, Workday,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, data analytics, or revenue forecasting experience.
• Ability to explain performance drivers and risks to senior leaders.
• Experience with planning, financial reporting, and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Finance revenue and gross-profit forecast for Programmatic with weekly/monthly outlooks.
• Build forecast architecture linking historical performance, pacing, trends, and seasonality.
• Lead P&L forecasting, variance analysis, and gross-margin analysis.
• Create executive-ready performance views and recommendations for Finance and leaders.
• Develop executive materials and narratives for Programmatic leadership.
• Partner with Commercial Finance on quarterly revenue-target modeling.
• Advance automation and data reliability across Snowflake, Workday, and BI tools.
• Establish controls and documentation around forecast inputs and data quality.
