Job summary

Zeta Global, a NY-based AI-powered Marketing Cloud, seeks a Senior Manager of Data Analytics and Revenue Forecasting to lead the Finance-owned view of Programmatic revenue, gross profit, and performance. Hybrid role based in NYC, partnering with Programmatic leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will turn complex commercial data into a clear forecast, develop actionable pacing insights, and create executive-ready recommendations to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, data analytics, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance for a data-rich growth business.
• Ability to own revenue and P&L forecasts and explain drivers to senior leaders.
• Strong financial modeling with large/imperfect data sets and translating analysis into a point of view.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance revenue and gross-profit forecast for Programmatic, including weekly/monthly outlook and risks.
• Build forecast architecture linking history, pacing, trends, and seasonality for finance insights.
• Lead P&L forecasting, variance analysis, gross-margin and COGS analysis.
• Create daily/weekly performance views and translate variance drivers into actions for Finance and leadership.
• Develop executive materials and narratives for programmatic leadership, including forecast updates.
• Partner with Commercial Finance on quarterly revenue-target modeling.
• Advance automation and data reliability across Snowflake, Adaptive Planning, Workday, and reporting tools.
• Establish controls and documentation around forecast inputs and data quality.
