Job summary

Zeta in New York City is seeking a Manager of Finance with 2-3 years of FP&A experience to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Network portfolios. You will partner with budget owners, build financial models, and drive performance improvements in a lean scale-up environment.

This role reports to the Associate Director of FP&A and requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of finance, accounting, or consulting experience.
• Strong quantitative analytics and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with budget owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Network budgets and forecasts.
• Build scalable financial models and accurate reports.
• Prepare variance analyses and KPI-focused insights for leadership.
• Serve as FP&A partner to assigned teams and drive cross-functional alignment.
