Job summary

Zeta Global is hiring a Manager of Programmatic Analytics and Strategy to lead a small team, shape analytics and media strategy for priority accounts, and drive complex testing programs. You will design measurement frameworks, mentor analysts, and present insights with compelling storytelling to clients and stakeholders.

The role combines client leadership with hands-on analytics, requiring strong communication and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, startup‑style environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a digital media, programmatic analytics, or related role.
• Strong client-facing and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority and complex accounts in analytics and media strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify new opportunities.
• Design measurement frameworks and run testing programs (brand lift, incrementality, A/B).
• Coach and develop analysts; mentor teams.
• Present insights and optimize campaigns with storytelling.
• Oversee QBR processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.
