Job summary

Feastables is seeking a Sr. Manager of Customer Supply Chain to build strong customer partnerships and ensure top-notch execution for US retail accounts. This role blends hands-on contribution with leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in customer supply chain, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong analytical and Excel skills. Travel to visit customers may be required. Netsuite, portals, and WMS experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Customer Supply Chain or related functions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-start attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• End to end order management of US retail businesses.
• Own customer onboarding process and launch timelines.
• Develop and maintain customer scorecards tracking KPIs and key metrics.
• Monitor inventory and weeks of stock; collaborate with planning functions.
• Coordinate with sales, planning, ops, logistics, and finance to align processes.
• Understand key account needs and prepare tailored solutions.
• Support demand planning and forecasts with customer data insights.
• Work cross-functionally to support weekly sales pacing and SO&E objectives.
• Lead and develop the Customer Supply Chain team with regular coaching.
