Job summary

Feastables is seeking a Sr. Manager of Customer Supply Chain to lead end-to-end order management for US retail customers, own onboarding processes and launch timelines, and develop KPI dashboards.

You will partner with sales, planning, ops, logistics and finance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, drive continuous improvement, coach a growing team, and be willing to travel to visit customers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in Customer Supply Chain, customer operations, order fulfillment, supply chain operations, or related functions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘self-start’ attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel to visit customers.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end order management for US retail businesses.
• Own customer onboarding process and launch timelines.
• Develop & maintain customer scorecards tracking KPIs and critical business metrics.
• Monitor customer inventory and weeks of stock in coordination with Planning.
• Collaborate with sales, planning, ops, logistics, finance to align supply chain processes.
