Job summary

Feastables is seeking a Senior Commercial Program Manager to own day-to-day product commercialization, moving SKUs from concept to shelf with high quality and on-time launches. The role sits at the center of cross-functional execution, driving alignment and risk management across teams.

You will manage timelines, dependencies, and packaging development while ensuring regulatory compliance and a single source of truth for project status.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in CPG, food & beverage, or a high-growth consumer brand.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong cross-functional communicator - comfortable working with both creative and operational teams and senior leadership.
• Extreme ownership mentality - you don’t wait for someone else to fix a problem.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization of new SKUs, renovations, LTOs, and seasonal items from project kickoff through on-time retail launch
• Own project timelines, manage critical path tasks, and proactively flag risks and blockers to leadership
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Supply Chain, R&D, Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external manufacturing partners to keep all workstreams aligned
• Oversee packaging execution, including domestic and international packaging development, design approvals, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain centralized project visibility so all stakeholders have a single source of truth on status, timelines, and decisions
