Qualifications

• 5–7 years in analytics, analytics engineering, data architecture, or data engineering.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with performance tuning.
• Experience with data modeling and metadata management.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, lineage, and compliance.
• Experience delivering insights via BI tools and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
• Growth mindset and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Define the customer intelligence strategy and roadmap for enterprise data products.
• Build scalable BigQuery-based analytics solutions in GCP with modular transformations and CI/CD.
• Develop customer segments and behavioral models in partnership with business leaders.
• Unify survey, feedback, interview data with transactional data for a single customer view.
• Design and maintain enterprise data models (conceptual, logical, physical) for analytics.
