• Track record in customer and market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositions.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector, partnering across strategy and customer experience practices.
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and maintain a pipeline of growth and client innovation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities through customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
• Leverage data sets, surveys, market intelligence, and financial modeling to size growth opportunities.
• Prioritize initiatives based on evidence, impact, and scalability and guide go-to-market and scaling strategies.
