Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to originate, sell, and deliver client programs that identify, validate, and scale growth opportunities. You will direct strategic agendas, craft evidence-based recommendations, and guide market launch and scaling across Industrials clients.

You will partner with executives to define priorities, mentor teams, and build trusted advisor relationships while traveling 25-50% as needed to advance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within the Industrials space.
• MBA or advanced degree in innovation or strategy is a plus.
• Track record in customer and market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositions.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector and partner across strategy and customer experience practices.
• Partner with client executives to define growth priorities aligned to customer needs and market shifts.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and sustain a pipeline of growth across Industrials clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities via customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
• Size growth opportunities using large-scale data, including surveys, market intelligence, and financial modeling.
