Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to originate, sell, and deliver client programs that identify and scale new customer-led growth opportunities in Industrials. You will lead cross-functional teams, size opportunities with data, and guide market entry and scaling decisions.

Role requires 10+ years in strategy/innovation with strong executive communication. Role involves building trusted advisor relationships and traveling as needed across client sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within Industrials (Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics).
• MBA or advanced degree in innovation, strategy, or related field a plus.
• Track record in customer and market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositions.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector, partnering across strategy and CX practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities via customer insight and market analysis.
• Size growth opportunities using large-scale data and modeling.
• Guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities.
• Mentor team members to strengthen strategic and client engagement skills.
