Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to originate and sell growth programs for Industrials, directing strategic agendas and guiding market launch and scale. You will lead cross-functional teams, size opportunities with data, and mentor colleagues while fostering client-centric growth.

Expected to drive POV content and evidence-based recommendations for executive teams. Travel 25-50% may be involved; MBA or equivalent experience enhances candidacy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within Industrials (Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics).
• MBA or advanced degree in innovation, strategy, or related field a plus.
• Track record in customer and market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositions.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector, partnering across strategy and customer experience practices to bring integrated growth solutions to senior client leaders.
• Partner with client executives to define growth priorities that align to customer needs and market shifts.
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, maintaining a pipeline of business growth and customer innovation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying high-value opportunities through customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
• Leverage data, including surveys and market intelligence, to size growth opportunities and test concepts with real and synthetic input.

Education

MBA or advanced degree in innovation, strategy, or related field
