Qualifications

• Track record in customer and market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositions.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector and partner with strategy and CX practices.
• Define growth priorities with client executives aligned to needs and market shifts.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and grow the pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities via customer insight and market analysis.
• Size growth opportunities with data, surveys, and financial modeling.
• Prioritize initiatives by evidence, impact, and scalability; guide GTM and scaling.
• Mentor team members to strengthen strategic and advisory skills.
