Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Analytics to lead the COSMOPROF (BSG) customer analytics strategy and execution. You will drive hyper-personalized CRM campaigns, retention, and churn reduction while managing a team and collaborating with senior leadership.

The role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics and business strategy, partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, and Channel leads to translate data into actionable business decisions and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/statistics/computer science/economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex analytics into strategic narratives for senior leadership (PowerPoint).
• Lead end-to-end test & learn programs across CRM and marketing.
• Design audience strategy with behavioral, psychographic segmentation.
• Own measurement framework for campaigns (test vs. control).
• Develop customer 360 data pipeline using Databricks and Python.
• Perform market basket analysis and segmentation to uncover opportunities.
• Mentor junior analysts and govern data across tools like Power BI.
