Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager – Customer Analytics (Corporate) to lead strategic customer analytics for COSMOPROF/BSG. You will drive CLV, hyper-personalized CRM, and churn-reduction initiatives while mentoring analysts and partnering with senior leadership.

Role combines advanced analytics, data engineering, and business storytelling to turn data into actionable growth, revenue, and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, CS, economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in Data and Customer Analytics; 2+ years in managerial capacity.
• Proven CRM-driven analytics track record (Email/SMS/Push).
• Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL skills.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark/PySpark, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Power BI visualization and advanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership & Storytelling: translate analytics into commercial strategy for leadership.
• Experimentation, Test & Learn: design and assess audience campaigns with rigorous measurement.
• Advanced Analytics & Execution: build customer 360, segmentation, and data pipelines.
• Team & Data Stewardship: mentor analysts and govern customer data.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: lead with data-driven CRM and analytics.
• Hybrid working with onsite corporate office.
