Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. seeks a Director, Customer Marketing & Engagement to define and drive enterprise customer marketing strategy across Sally Beauty and Beauty Systems Group.

This hybrid role partners with Loyalty, Personalization, Analytics, Technology, Digital, eCommerce, Brand, and CX teams to craft connected experiences that boost acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The Director will lead senior marketing leaders, shape governance, and oversee measurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in CRM, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related disciplines.
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, consumer products, or multi-brand environments preferred.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing senior managers or multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise customer marketing and engagement strategy across Sally Beauty and Beauty Systems Group.
• Establish multi-year roadmap for lifecycle marketing and owned-channel engagement.
• Lead and develop senior customer marketing leaders across business units.
• Create governance structures for planning, prioritization, and measurement across teams.
• Partner with Loyalty, Personalization, Analytics, Technology, Digital, eCommerce, Merchandising, Brand, and Customer Experience leaders.
• Define lifecycle marketing frameworks supporting acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Develop business priorities influencing loyalty, data, journey orchestration, and marketing tech investments.
• Develop and oversee performance measurement frameworks evaluating engagement, revenue, ROI, and CLV.
• Identify scalable capabilities and opportunities to improve efficiency and growth.
