Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a curious and technically capable Customer Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team supporting the SALLY and BSG business units. This is an early-career role for an analyst who is passionate about using data to understand customer behavior and drive measurable business results.

You will analyze our CRM and loyalty database to uncover insights and measure the incremental impact of customer campaigns. This hybrid role reports to Legacy West in Plano, Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics, CS, Economics, or Marketing Analytics.
• 2+ years of data, customer, CRM, or marketing analytics experience.
• Experience in Retail/CPG or agency marketing preferred.
• CRM or loyalty analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Measurement & Reporting for CRM and marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail).
• Test & Learn measurement framework; ensure proper targeting and groups; provide performance readouts.
• Loyalty program health analysis: enrollment, engagement, redemption, retention trends.
• Audience development: build segments using transactional and behavioral data to drive targeted communications.
