Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or related field required.
• 2+ years of directly related experience in data, customer, CRM, or marketing analytics.
• CRM/Loyalty analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Measurement & Reporting: analyze CRM and marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
• Customer Segmentation & Audience Building: create audiences/segments based on transactional/behavioral data.
• Data Analysis & Ad Hoc Insights: deliver timely analyses to support CRM/Marketing/Merchandising.
• Data Quality & Collaboration: ensure accuracy of customer data and collaborate with teams.
