Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager – Customer Analytics to lead the data-driven strategy for the COSMOPROF (BSG) unit. You will drive customer segmentation, CLV, and hyper-personalized CRM campaigns to improve retention and lifetime value.

This hands-on manager role combines advanced analytics with strategic leadership, collaborating with SLT, Marketing, and CRM to turn complex data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Data and Customer Analytics, with at least 2+ years in managerial or lead capacity.
• Proven CRM analytics experience and ability to translate data into business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize and persuade as the primary storyteller for the COSMOPROF (BSG) unit. Translate complex outputs into clear, visually compelling presentations for Merchandising, Marketing, and Channel leads.
• Consultative leadership: interface with the COSMOPROF (BSG) Senior Leadership Team and drive proactive strategic partnership.
• Business acumen: understand COSMOPROF (BSG) model to ensure analytic deliverables impact P&L.
• Lead end-to-end ops of strategic customer test & learn programs across CRM, marketing, lifecycle; design audiences and experiments.
• Own measurement hygiene, guardrails for attribution, incrementality, and performance readouts.
• Mentor team members in advanced experimental design and customer measurement best practices.
• Data Pipeline: lead end-to-end development of customer 360 view using Databricks and Python.
• Advanced Methodologies: MBA and customer segmentation to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Data Engineering for Analytics: build pipelines in Data Lake for analysis.
• Ad Hoc Analytics: deliver critical analyses for plans/forecasts.
