Job summary
Deckers Brands in Goleta, California (Remote) is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative Operations to lead the operational infrastructure powering HOKA's creative marketing engine. You will define capacity, workflows, tools, and rituals that support a high‑performing team and serve as the operations bridge between global and regional workstreams.
You will manage the Creative PM sub-team, mentor for delivery excellence, and partner with marketing and brand teams to translate strategy into actionable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- 7+ years in creative operations, project management, or marketing ops within a consumer brand.
Responsibilities
- Define capacity planning, workload management, and intake processes.
- Develop end-to-end campaign workflows with cross-functional alignment.
- Establish review and approval processes to reduce friction and ensure quality.
- Lead the Creative PM sub-team and mentor team members.
- Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to translate strategy into briefs.
- Maintain the creative operations source of truth and governance.
- Drive weekly cadence meetings and manage vendor/agency coordination.
