Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative Operations - HOKA, to lead the Creative PM operating model and cross-functional workflow across brand campaigns, content and activations. You will manage the Creative PM sub-team, partner with the Director of Global PM, and ensure delivery excellence with brand standards.

You will drive capacity planning, tool adoption, and governance while mentoring staff and coordinating with Marketing and Brand partners to translate strategy into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Creative PM operating model, including capacity planning and workflows.
• Manage the Creative PM sub-team and mentor team members.
• Partner with Director, Global PM on headcount planning and onboarding.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand standards and cross-functional needs.
• Deliver KPI reporting and insights to leadership.
