Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative Operations for the HOKA brand. You will lead the operational infrastructure powering the creative marketing engine, defining workflows, capacity, and tools to enable high-performing teams across campaigns and content.

You will directly manage the Creative PM sub-team, collaborate with global and regional partners, and drive governance, metrics, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• PMP certification is a plus and demonstrates formal project management expertise.
• 7+ years in creative ops, project management or marketing ops with consumer brands (footwear/apparel preferred).
• Experience leading a team of project managers or creative operations professionals.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Creative PM operating model, capacity planning, and resourcing.
• Build end-to-end campaign workflows with clear roles, timelines, and handoffs.
• Establish and optimize review/approval processes to protect delivery timelines.
• Directly manage and develop the Creative PM team and mentor staff.
• Partner with Directors and brand teams to translate strategies into actionable briefs.
