- 8+ years in Strategy, with consulting experience preferred.
- BA/BS required; MBA from top-tier program preferred.
- Experience in retail or consumer products is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead long-term and annual strategic planning with VP-level leaders.
- Structure problems and build frameworks for cross-functional issues.
- Direct cross-functional workstreams to assess strategic opportunities.
- Support market and competitive intelligence with data-driven insights.
- Identify white space opportunities and articulate rationale with data.
- Expand network to influence strategic priorities across the organization.
