Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Leadership experience: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and applying company programs and resources.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experiences and drive sales.
• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers and ensure high guest satisfaction.
