Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in Strategy, Finance or Marketing.
• At least 2 years of consulting experience at a top-tier firm preferred.
• BA/BS required and MBA preferred.
• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to develop business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term and annual strategic planning with Corporate Strategy and senior leadership.
• Develop frameworks to address complex business issues and create strategic recommendations.
• Conduct market sizing and competitive analysis to inform enterprise strategy.
• Prepare Board and executive-level materials and present recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution.
• Support executive workshops and strategic decision-making processes.
