Qualifications

• MBA is preferred.
• Ability to structure and solve ambiguous, complex business problems.
• Experience developing executive- and Board-level materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Hybrid work schedule in Bolingbrook, IL.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term and annual strategic planning with the Corporate Strategy team.
• Collaborate with Finance and Investor Relations to translate our long-term strategy and build investor narrative for Investor Day.
• Structure problems and develop frameworks to address cross-functional and ambiguous business issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams on initiatives to assess strategic opportunities using analytical and financial frameworks.
• Support market and competitive intelligence with data-driven insights for enterprise and functional areas.
• Develop Board and executive level presentations articulating Ulta Beauty’s strategy and growth opportunities.
• Define and bring forward creative thinking to identify white space opportunities for new growth.
