Ulta Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager, Category Strategy & Insights to partner with Merchandising leadership and drive category growth through diagnostics, insights, and strategic storytelling.
In this role, you will translate market and internal data into actionable assortment, brand decisions, and innovation priorities, leading cross-functional reviews and enterprise planning moments with executive-ready narratives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to evaluate growth drivers.
- Proven ability to distill complex data into clear insights and narratives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data fluency.
- Collaborative and influential across functions and leadership.
