Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors and Lead Cashiers to deliver top-line sales growth.
• Promote guest experience and NPS through staff coaching and training.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, and payroll budgets in line with goals.
• Plan in-store events and partner with brands to boost sales and loyalty.
• Review performance metrics and take action to improve results.
• Maintain attendance discipline and ensure compliance with policy.
