Job summary

Carson Group in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Director of Workplace & Corporate Real Estate to lead national facilities strategy, oversee partnerships with CBRE and other providers, and align office footprints with growth.

You will supervise Facilities Manager, manage budgets, drive cost optimization, and partner with Finance, Legal, HR and technology to execute renovations, relocations, and new site openings while maintaining business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site facilities and corporate real estate initiatives.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national facilities and workplace strategy to support growth.
• Lead relationships with CBRE, Goldenrod, and other real estate partners.
• Oversee lease administration, capital projects, and workplace planning.
• Coordinate acquisitions integration and office footprint optimizations.
• Establish standards for facilities operations, vendor performance, and service delivery.
