Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to lead end-to-end M&A transactions and strategic investments.

You will work with senior leadership to identify opportunities, develop competitive insights, and shape the company’s product strategy in a rapidly evolving crypto ecosystem. You will partner across functions to drive critical initiatives, build relationships with startups and investors, and help scale Coinbase’s inorganic growth in a remote-first environment that values

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, top-tier management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, private equity, or venture capital.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments end-to-end with sourcing, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations shaping product direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence on key players and translate insights into actionable implications for Coinbase.
• Partner with senior leaders to cultivate cross-functional relationships and drive high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface new opportunities.
