Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to lead end-to-end M&A and strategic investments, shaping the company’s inorganic growth strategy.

You will work with senior leadership to identify opportunities, perform rigorous financial analysis, and drive deal execution across the crypto ecosystem. You will partner with cross-functional teams to surface strategic initiatives, cultivate relationships, and strengthen team operations, contributing to the company’s mission of advancing

Formación

• 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, top tier management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, private equity, or venture capital.
• Proven track record of leading M&A or strategic investment transactions end-to-end, including financial modeling and due diligence.
• Ability to synthesize complex market data into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree with deep interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital assets.
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments end-to-end, including sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations shaping company and product direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence on key players and translate insights into actionable implications for Coinbase.
• Partner with senior teams to cultivate cross-functional relationships with executives and drive high-priority initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface new opportunities.
• Contribute to recruiting and developing new Corporate Development team members and strengthen operations.
