Job summary

Chime Financial, Inc is seeking a Corporate Communications leader to shape its public narrative around quarterly earnings, corporate announcements, executive engagements, and high-stakes issues.

You will partner with Investor Relations, Legal, Finance, and leadership to drive strategy, staff executives for interviews, and manage agency partners while advancing an AI-first communications approach across media and owned channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate, financial, or executive communications.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or consumer technology is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with public company communications, including quarterly earnings.
• Established relationships with business, financial, and technology reporters.
• Experience preparing and staffing executives for interviews, panels, and speaking engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive communications for quarterly earnings and major company announcements.
• Shape the corporate narrative across earnings, announcements, executive platforms, and owned channels.
• Grow media and influencer program with reporters, creators, Substack writers, podcasters, and emerging voices.
• Raise executives' profile; staff them for interviews and speaking engagements.
• Lead issues management; coordinate with Legal, Risk, Security, and others.
• Be AI champion; build AI tools and workflows for the team.
