Chime is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications leader in New York to shape our public company narrative. You will steer earnings messaging, press materials, and executive engagement with reporters, investors, and policymakers.

You’ll partner with Investor Relations, Legal, and Finance to manage sensitive issues, drive a proactive media program, and scale AI-enabled workflows across the team. This role demands outstanding writing and cross-functional collaboration, with calm leadership as

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate or financial communications.
• Experience with public company earnings and investor relations.
• Established relationships with business and financial reporters.
• Exceptional writing and editing across press releases, Q&A documents, briefing books, talking points, and scripts.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment under pressure.
• AI-first thinking and ability to build AI tools for communications workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support our corporate announcements and financial communications: drive earnings and major announcements; shape media strategy and own press materials and outreach.
• Own the corporate narrative: ensure messaging is clear and consistent across earnings, announcements and executive platforms.
• Grow our media and influencer program: expand relationships with reporters, creators, and emerging voices; land high-impact coverage.
• Raise our executives' profile: manage executive visibility program; brief and staff leaders for interviews and speaking engagements.
• Lead issues management: handle sensitive inquiries; coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Security.
• Be our AI champion: build and scale AI tools to improve how the team works; collaborate on AEO with Marketing.
• Keep the team running: manage agency partners and report on impact; maintain leadership informed.
