Chime Financial, Inc is hiring an AEO Content Strategist to own the blog and editorial content plan for SEO and AI-driven visibility. You will run AI workflows, manage citations, and drive content across Chime.com, coordinating with Product Marketing and legal teams.

You’ll lead offsite visibility with publishers, optimize for performance, and oversee a fast-paced content lifecycle. Strong editing and stakeholder management are essential in this regulated space.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in editorial strategy, content strategy, or SEO content.
• Hands‑on AEO/GEO knowledge: how LLMs and AI answer engines choose and cite sources.
• Experience with AI content tools and workflows (AirOps, Profound, or similar).
• Experience publishing in regulated industries (financial services, fintech, insurance, or healthcare).
• CMS experience (Contentful preferred) and Jira or similar workflows.
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Strong writing and editing skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to manage many workstreams and stakeholders in fast-changing areas.

Aufgaben

• Own Chime's blog and editorial content plan for SEO and AEO.
• Run the editorial calendar with a steady publishing cadence in Contentful.
• Lead content across Chime.com including product launches and seasonal moments.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with AirOps and automate content lifecycle steps.
• Lead offsite visibility with affiliate and publisher partners and manage the AI visibility budget.
• Move content through Legal & Compliance and partner bank review processes.
• Collaborate with PR, Brand, Social, YouTube, and Help Center for accuracy across the web.
• Track citations, AI visibility, rankings, and traffic, and run experiments for CRO.
