Job summary

Chime, a leading fintech, seeks a Senior Director of Product and Brand Communications in San Francisco, CA to own an integrated product and brand communications strategy. You will mainstream the Chime brand, orchestrate launches, and partner with Product Marketing to create cohesive narratives across media, influencer relations, and owned/paid channels.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product, consumer, or brand communications.
• Led product and brand communications functions, from large campaigns to major launches.
• Deep media and influencer relationships across consumer, business, and tech outlets with stories landing.
• Experience advising C-suite executives and building partnerships with Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Set the integrated product and brand communications strategy.
• Mainstream the Chime brand through campaigns in collaboration with Brand Marketing.
• Own the product narrative and drive 360-degree launches from messaging to media and influencers.
• Build and lead a high-performing team and drive function growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content.
• Expand the spokesperson bench by preparing leaders for external engagements.
• Maintain visibility across outlets and manage external agencies for consistent coverage.
