Job summary

Chime is seeking a senior corporate communications leader to shape our public narrative and manage media engagement for earnings, announcements, and executive visibility.

You will drive the media strategy, own press materials, and collaborate with Investor Relations, Legal, and Finance. AI-first thinking will scale workflows and improve how we communicate with reporters and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate, financial, or executive communications.
• Hands-on experience with public company communications, including quarterly earnings.
• Established relationships with business, financial, and technology reporters.
• Experience preparing and staffing executives for interviews, panels, and speaking engagements.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across press materials and briefings.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment under pressure.
• AI-first thinking and ability to build AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support our corporate announcements and financial communications for earnings and major company news.
• Own the corporate narrative and ensure consistency across channels and platforms.
• Grow media and influencer relationships with reporters, writers, podcasters, and creators.
• Raise executives' profile through interview briefings and speaking engagements.
• Lead issues management from triage to resolution with partners across Legal, Risk, and Security.
• Direct agency partners, measure impact, and keep leadership informed with PM discipline.
