• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license is required.
• Minimum 9 years of progressive corporate or public accounting experience with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience with financial consolidation in a large multinational.
• Proven ability to perform complex technical accounting research.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals with performance management and development.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements prepared under US GAAP.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes with timelines and policies.
• Conduct complex technical accounting research and advise on new transactions and standards.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
• Support external audit activities and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to senior management.
• Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to company policies.
