You will manage month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, coordinate with business units, support external audits, and drive process improvements. CPA with 9+ years in corporate or public accounting and SAP/Oracle proficiency are required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Proven experience with financial consolidation in a large multinational organization.
• Ability to perform complex technical accounting research and apply guidance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with ability to motivate and develop staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, including performance management and development.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements preparation in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes with adherence to timelines.
• Conduct complex technical accounting research and provide guidance on new transactions and standards.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Support external audit activities and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls.
