Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of US GAAP including business combinations, impairments, revenue recognition, equity compensation, debt and lease accounting.
• Experience developing and applying accounting policies and preparing technical accounting memoranda.
• Experience supporting public company audits and regulator-reviewed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing technical accounting team with clear expectations and feedback.
• Own the accounting policy function, including drafting and maintaining formal policies and guidance.
• Provide technical leadership for M&A activities, impairment assessments, and complex valuation estimates.
