Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or operations in 3PL/logistics/manufacturing.
• Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred with quantifiable results.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations, WMS/TMS, and labor management systems.
• Proficiency with process mapping, time studies, statistics, and DMAIC/PDCA tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CIP strategy across warehousing, transportation, and freight forwarding.
• Establish and track savings/ROI with clear documentation.
• Lead and coach cross-functional CI teams and develop an CI playbook.
• Identify automation and system improvement opportunities (WMS/TMS, labor standards).
• Prepare business cases and present results to leadership and customers.
