FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Communications & Community Engagement to develop and execute strategic employee communications and community programs, aligning with business goals and corporate purpose.

You will partner with executive leaders, translate complex priorities into clear messages, manage multi-channel campaigns, and measure impact across employee and community audiences in a remote-friendly US role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 10–12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related disciplines.
• Experience developing and executing employee communication strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated employee communication strategies aligned with objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to craft timely, engaging communications for employees.
• Create content across email, intranet, videos, newsletters, and town halls.
• Develop executive communications and leadership messaging.
• Translate complex business information into clear employee communications.
• Support change, culture, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Establish plans, timelines, audiences, messages, and channels for initiatives.
• Monitor feedback and adjust strategies based on needs.
