Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation seeks a Senior Manager of Communications & Community Engagement to develop and execute strategic employee communications and community programs that strengthen connection, culture, and social impact.

You will partner with senior leaders, Tokyo-Corporate Communications, HR, and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into clear, timely messages across channels, while guiding change, engagement, and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, employee communications, public relations, community engagement, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing employee communication strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience developing communications for multiple audiences and channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated employee communication strategies aligned with business objectives and culture.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear, timely, engaging communications for employees.
• Create and manage communications across multiple channels, including email, intranet, digital platforms, meetings, town halls, videos, newsletters, and presentations.
• Develop select executive communications, including talking points and leadership messages.
• Translate complex business information into concise, accessible employee communications.
• Support communications related to organizational change and significant initiatives.
• Establish communication plans, timelines, audiences, messages, and channels for major initiatives.
• Monitor employee feedback and engagement trends to inform strategies.
