Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications & Community Engagement. This role drives strategic employee communications and community initiatives to strengthen culture and stakeholder relationships across the Americas.

The candidate partners with senior leaders and HR, translating priorities into clear, timely communications and measurable social impact programs. Strong writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 10-12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, employee communications, public relations, or community engagement.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing employee communication strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated employee communication strategies aligned with business objectives and culture.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear, timely communications for employees.
• Create and manage communications across multiple channels including intranet, email, meetings, and town halls.
• Develop select executive communications, including talking points, messages, presentations, and announcements.
• Translate complex business information into concise, accessible employee communications.
• Support communications related to organizational change and significant company initiatives.
• Establish communication plans, timelines, audiences, messages, and channels for major initiatives.
• Monitor employee feedback and engagement trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
